OrthoCarolina Pineville was a unique project in that the reality of the project was turning a vacant grocery store into a luxury medical office space.
Taking all of the high-end design elements from their SouthPark model and placing them into this ‘box’, without it looking like a ‘box’, was a design opportunity dream. The waiting room and check-in experience are part of the beginning of the amazing transformation. The waiting room has natural lighting from the newly constructed windows and accent lighting with custom pendants and chandeliers. The transformation continues throughout the space. This OrthoCarolina has a pairing of PT space and clinical space, making this one of the largest OC practices.
This new practice provides 27 new examination rooms, 3 procedure rooms, 2 treatment rooms, 2 x-ray rooms and space for physical and pool therapy.
