The Tryon Medical Partners at Ballantyne project is a first generation upfit to the First and Second floors of Marvin Road Medical Office Building. The upfit occupies the entire medical office building.
On the First Floor, the project includes a Cardiology suite and Endoscopy suite shared reception and separate checkin and waiting areas. The Cardiology Suite has 6 exam rooms, 3 Vascular Labs, 2 Echo Labs and Nuclear Camera. The Endoscopy Suite has 12 pre/post bays and 4 Endoscopy procedure rooms.
The Second Floor Dermatology and Family Practice suites have separate entrances and waiting areas, but shared support areas including Lab, X-Ray, Dexa and Administrations/Conference area for the entire building. Family practice provides 22 exam rooms around nursing stations with semiprivate doctor touchdown spaces. Dermatology provides 4 dedicated exam rooms and 3 treatment rooms including 1 laser treatment room.
The entire building represents the first flagship Tryon Medical Partners Medical Office Space in Charlotte.
