Pearson Properties Medical Office Building is a three-story, 105,500 square foot building located in Gastonia, North Carolina. The nine-acre site is situated within Court Drive Medical Park, a 70-acre medical office park adjacent to Gaston Memorial Hospital.  Each 35,177 square foot level can accommodate various sizes of medical practices. Construction is steel frame and concrete floors, with brick and glass exterior, featuring an architectural accent band giving it a sense of tradition and permanence.
