After the completion of the G3 Patient Tower Addition, several departments were relocated and provided the opportunity to carve a new public “boulevard” through the center of the original hospital. This new public way provided the needed connection between the Main Entrance and the new Patient Tower. A new gift shop, Jazzman’s Café, chapel, and dedicated waiting areas for Surgery and Labor/Delivery were provided for the public. Off of the main corridor, Care Coordinators, Nursing Administration, Cardiac Rehab and Security and Volunteers’ offices were provided.
