High Point Regional Hospital – Medical Office Building

This three-story, 67,000 square foot Medical Office Building is located on the High Point Regional Hospital campus. It houses medical tenants who want to locate their practice with immediate access to the Hospital. Practices include nephrology, pediatrics, primary care, dermatology, imaging, orthopedics, neurosurgery, rehabilitation, and lab functions. The building skin is composed of split-face masonry, glass and composite metal panels, which gives the building a sense of stability and innovation. The structural, mechanical, and electrical systems are designed in response to the specialized needs of a multiple medical practice building. Each system considers varied needs for current and prospective future medical tenants, allowing flexibility for changing requirements. This project stands as a shining example of commitment to excellence and innovation for outpatient care.
