Novant Health will be constructing the John M. and Claudia W. Belk Heart & Vascular Institute / Edward I. and Agnes B. Weisiger Cancer Institute on the superblock site located at the corner of East Fourth Street and Queens Road in Charlotte, North Carolina. This new 7-story outpatient facility is planned to be approximately 260,000 sf and will connect back to Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center by way of a new enclosed overstreet skywalk connector via Presbyterian Medical Tower.
Programmed service lines within the building include:
- Heart & Vascular Institute – Adult Cardiology, Cardiac Imaging, Cardiothoracic and Vascular, Cardiac Testing services
- Cancer Institute – Medical Oncology, GYN Oncology, Surgical Oncology, Thoracic Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Multidisciplinary clinic, Adult Infusion, Research, Support Services, Chemo Pharmacy
- Non Clinical Shared – HVI/Cancer Rehab and Prevention, Central Lab, Retail Pharmacy, Café, Resource Room, Quiet Room
