McCulloch England was selected to complete the renovation and expansion of the existing Emergency Department, which also included renovations and expansion to the hospital’s Central Energy Plant. The Emergency Department Expansion required relocation of the adjacent administration department, which allowed for a new public entrance and reconfiguration of the ambulance entrance for easier accessibility.
“You have designed for us a great functioning ER. Our patient volumes are about 10% over projected, our average wait time is down to 8 minutes (yep, eight. Not a typo), and our elopement rate is down to 0.5%. The flow works very well. The nurses love the room design – especially the nurse servers. Thank you both for your input and guidance through this project. Your design has made care for our patients better.”
